I started with New Beginnings a couple of years ago when I purchased a topper. Melinda matched and colored my hair perfectly. Recently after more hair loss I decided to purchase a wig. Once again the match was perfect and it is beautiful. The quality is very good and should last me 3 or 4 years. I feel like I have made a connection with Melinda and her daughter. They are both very compassionate and understand your needs. They always make me feel welcomed. I feel fortunate to not to have to go through the stress of other solutions for hair loss

The owner and her daughter are so sweet, knowledgeable and compassionate. They really want you satisfied. If they don’t have something in stock, they will order it for you. They will gladly alter it to your liking, also.

My mother in law and myself had a wonderful experience at the New Beginning Wig and hair salon. The mother and daughter team were the most beautiful bunch of people I ever seen. We were in a dilemma of getting my mother-in-law, a nice wig topper to match her hair color we have been ever where. Her confidence was very low we needed to find something fast because the next day she was in a wedding and she wanted to look good.They made her look good and feel good. These ladies were closing up to go to lunch as we walked in and they stop and helped us out and stayed an extra couple hours. My mother-in-law found the right wig she purchased and she has been very enlighten by her experience. She have got so many compliments of how her hair look and the confidence just seem to glow. I found Melinda’s hair salon online. I live about 45 minutes away. I was impressed that I could have a private appointment with her. My hair is thinning on top & sides in front so it has become increasingly difficult for me to deal with & look presentable. Melinda showed me a topper that provided perfect coverage for me. I was excited & concerned about it looking natural at the same time. It was a lot of hair, but after Melinda customized it for me it was perfect. I wore it to my daughters Graduation and Nobody in my family knew it was there. I even asked them if they noticed anything different & they said I must have colored it. Perfect answer. If you’re thinking of purchasing your own topper online, don’t do it. Trust Melinda to make sure you are pleased with the outcome. She really is sweet & very professional. Trust her. If you need a wig this is the place to go! After finding out my daughter was diagnosed with a type of bone cancer the first thing she mentioned was she was going to lose her hair. She spent the last 2 years growing it out and learning all kinds of hair styles etc. I immediately started looking up places to have her fitted for a wig and found this place. These women made a horrible situation, that much better for us. They are very very accommodating, have a big selection, and great prices! With chemotherapy we have to play a lot of stuff by ear depending on how she feels and appointments etc. The mother and daughter who own this place were so sweet and understanding and really went above and beyond for us! Thank y’all so much for everything! Y’all made this situation all the better for us! My daughter found a wig and it was ready a week later. They will cut, dye, style these as you desire. They explain how to care for it and allow you to comeback and have it armed differently as desires at no extra cost! I highly recommend them. They are wonderful people

They not only listened to what I wanted in a hair piece but were so honest. I would highly recommend working with them if you are looking for any type of hair pieces. Thank you, thank you, thank you! After losing my hair from chemo, Melinda knew the perfect wig for me. She tried a few styles, but ultimately the very first one was it! While I was expecting a depressing time, Melinda and her daughter and son made it an enjoyable experience. I have had so many people compliment me on my “haircut”, and that includes my surgeon! Even had a stranger come up to me and say she was thinking of growing her hair out, but after seeing my “haircut” she was going to get it cut like mine.
